For this hip-hop album, the goal was to visually capture Fahwill's personal story and his unique perspective on the “Theory of Burnt Toast.” I worked closely with him to translate his lyrics and life experiences into a compelling visual narrative that would grab attention and spark curiosity.
The design is minimal and clean, with a clever twist: a subtle shadow of the artist embedded in the burnt part of the toast, symbolizing his presence within the story. I used warm orange tones to convey energy and draw the viewer in, creating a sense of vibrancy that reflects the album’s spirit. The project extended beyond the cover, with merchandise t-shirts and hoodies designed in the same aesthetic, which resonated with fans and sold successfully. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with listeners praising both the art and the concept.
